Start privately. Add only what you need. Go Live when you are ready.
We prepare a private, personalised Chatterbox using approved information already available on your website or in your documents. It opens directly in a phone, tablet or desktop browser. There is nothing to download or install, and no integration with your existing systems is required to get started.
- Nothing to integrate to start.
- No customer exposure during the Preview.
- Built from your approved knowledge.
- Opened by a secure link or QR code.
When the Preview uses information from your public website, your technical team does not usually need to be involved.
Each stage adds one thing.
You can prepare for Live use from any stage that already meets your use case. The stages are how a Chatterbox is activated, not packages you buy.

Understands
Stage 1: Preview
Your first Preview shows how your Chatterbox understands and uses your organisation's knowledge.
- A private, secure Preview with its own QR code and link.
- A personalised secure interface on phone, tablet or computer.
- Two-way written conversations.
- Answers grounded in your approved website or documents.
- No connection to your telephone, messaging or internal systems.
You can go Live from here. Some organisations need only this. If it meets the intended use case, it can be prepared for Live use as it stands.

Listens
Stage 2: Trial
The same Preview link and QR code, with voice notes unlocked for your evaluation team.
- Press, record and send a voice note instead of typing.
- Your Chatterbox understands the message and answers in the secure interface.
- No telephone number and no connection to your phone system.
- No customer-facing deployment and no changes to existing systems.
You can go Live from here. If you need voice notes in the secure interface but not live telephone calls, this configuration can be prepared for Live use.

Stage 3: Pilot (live voice in the secure interface)
Where the use case requires live, two-way voice, we configure an operational Pilot with its own personalised link and QR code.
- Live two-way voice in the secure interface.
- A line: one number or address for your Chatterbox, with its own job, responsibilities and rules.
- Escalation to your team when a conversation needs a person.
- Conversation histories and transcripts.
- Controlled testing with selected users.
This stage proves how your Chatterbox will operate, not merely how it responds.
You can go Live from here. Two-way voice in the secure interface can go Live without unlocking public telephone or SMS access.

Reaches, Connects and Acts
Stage 3: Pilot (telephone, SMS and connections)
Where customers must reach your Chatterbox through the channels they already use, the Pilot extends to the telephone network.
Available in this stage
- Two-way telephone calls.
- Two-way SMS, inbound and outbound.
- Outbound communication campaigns, operated with you.
- Email triage.
Configured during your Pilot, to your use case
- Call forwarding and handover to your team.
- Connects: transfer a live conversation to a person, a department or an extension on your PABX or SIP trunks, with the context attached. A transfer-only option works without public numbers.
- Acts: connections to approved business systems, so a recorded request can start the next step there.
- Channel-specific rules, controls and reporting.
You choose the abilities your job needs. You do not need to switch on every channel or connection.
-
Operates and improves
Stage 4: Live
Going Live places your chosen configuration into operational use. That may be a written secure interface experience, an interface with voice notes, live two-way voice in the secure interface, a telephone and SMS-enabled service, or a complete inbound, outbound and administrative solution.
The Live service can include
- Ongoing management and administration.
- Team training.
- Performance monitoring and conversation review.
- Operational and campaign analytics.
- Knowledge updates and continual improvement of your Chatterbox.
- Governance, permissions and quality control.
Your Chatterbox continues to expand as new use cases, channels and operational requirements emerge.
One Chatterbox. Different configurations.
Your Chatterbox is not a fixed package that moves every organisation through the same sequence. The pathway depends on the job it needs to do.
| What you need | Pathway |
|---|---|
| A personalised customer-service interface grounded in your knowledge | Preview → Live |
| A personalised customer-service interface with voice notes | Preview → Trial → Live |
| Live two-way voice in the secure interface, without public telephony | Preview → Pilot → Live |
| Telephone, SMS and selected operational capabilities | Preview → Configure → Pilot → Live |
| A full inbound, outbound and administrative implementation | Preview → Configure → Pilot → Live |
Preview proves the knowledge. Trial proves an added ability. Pilot proves the operating model.
Each stage adds only the capabilities, controls and support your organisation's use case requires.
See what your own knowledge can do.
Every pathway starts the same way: a private Preview built from your approved knowledge, tested by your team before any customer sees it.
